Projects are infrastructure. The city relies on them as much as it does on subway lines, electrical networks and sewedge systems. Projects contain and order life. It is not by chance if they look like prisons. Cost- effectiveness is the first concern of developpers: the higher the density the lower the marginal cost per unit. Projects are not made by those who live in them.
